If an order is cancelled after payment has been received, any refund due will be handled in accordance with applicable law and the agreed payment arrangements.

We currently offer delivery within Lebanon, subject to service availability.

Our standard delivery information is:

• **Delivery fee:** USD 4, unless otherwise communicated before order confirmation.
• **Estimated delivery time:** 2–3 working days.
• **Delivery areas:** Subject to courier availability.

Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by circumstances outside our control. We will make reasonable efforts to communicate significant delays.

Customers should provide a complete and accurate delivery address and remain reachable by phone when delivery is scheduled.

Eligible purchases may be exchanged within **7 days of receiving the order**, subject to our Exchanges Policy.

Items must meet the applicable eligibility conditions, including being unused, unworn, undamaged, and in their original packaging.

Delivery charges associated with exchanges will be communicated before the exchange is arranged. Different arrangements may apply to incorrect or defective items, subject to applicable law.
